Role: Team Manager

Lucy is Robs wife and partners him in all aspects of running the team

Name: Mike Savage
Role: Number 1 Mechanic / fabricator / machinist

Mike (or Sav as the team knows him) is Rob Austin Racings number 1 mechanic, having enjoyed a extremely successful motorsport career which has seen him win world championships in GT's and Formula 1. Sav gave up the high life a couple of years ago to spend more time at home. Living only 8 miles away from the teams workshop, it all fell in to place for both Sav and the team.

Role: Mechanic

Lloyd has known Rob for over 10 years through his involvement in motorsport and loves nothing more than being involved with the team both in the workshop and at race weekends

Role: Technical Director / Workshop Foreman
Born: 14/11/1978

Troy came to the team at the start of 2008 having been Robs engineer in Formula 3 several years ago, what else can we say, everyone loves Troy

Name: Hunter Abbott
Role: Driver coach
Born: 03/10/1980

Hunter drove for the team through 2008 and 2009 in the British and European GT championships as well as a few G50 cup outings, having impressed them with his driving ability and team spirit Hunter is on board for 2010 as one of their driver and Driver coach's.

Role: Mechanic
Born: 27/09/1980

Adam’s full time job is running his own garage opposite Rob Austin Racing HQ although may as well be full time with the team due to the amount of time he spends in the teams workshop.
