"Good staff are hard to find yet they are the most important part to get right in a racing team. They need motorsport experience but my outlook is the most important thing about any of my staff is they absolutely must love what they do! I believe if they love the sport and look at the team as their own then they will take pride in what they do and pull out the stops when they need to. That’s why this isn't my team its theirs, ours! Without them all I have is a load of tools and equipment that’s useless!"
