Hunter drove for the team through 2008 in the British GT championship partnering Rob and a one off outing in the G50 Cup, having impressed them with his driving ability and team spirit Hunter is on board for 2009 in the G50 cup as their driver and after so many race wins in 2008 he will act as the team driver coach as well.

Duncan has been with Rob Austin Racing for over two seasons now and to spite a massive lack of commitment to his racing (time wise) has continued to improve and is such a character makes everyone’s race weekend that little bit more entertaining.

Emily joined the team for the 2008 season for her first full season of competitive motorsport. Luck was not with Emily however she did accidently show that she has good potential at several points through the season and should be a solid top 10 runner in 2009.

Rocket Rod joined the team for the start of the 2008 season, the experienced old boy had an up and down season with podiums and DNF’s but when his heads in gear has great pace which he shows every so often to prove There’s life in the old dog yet!

Italian born Riccardo is the teams other “old boy” and has also shown some good pace through 2008, only a lack of testing hampered his progress in his results.

Max has been with the team for two seasons now, currently only making occasional outings due to funding issues; Max has won races and is a good friend of the team.

Name: Paul Moden

Paul was the team’s first driver and although funding issues have only allowed him to compete in one race in 2008 but his progression under Rob’s guidance over 2006 and 2007 allowed him to hop in mid season, bang in a front row qualifying time and finish on the podium. Rob Austin Racing sincerely hope to see him out racing again in 2009.
